Leigh School PTA Meeting Minutes
For Friday 1 August 2008

Apologies: Kevin, Jenine (sorry Jenine we aren’t computer-savvy enough!), Ritchie

Meeting opened: 3.30pm

Minutes from last meeting were read by Selena

Minutes were passed as a true & correct record by Naeri, seconded by Selena

    General Business

      Short Term dates: Term 3

          We will be able to use the broken one as only a corner was damaged.



                In a Newsletter information needs to go in to grab the interest of parents in the Gala. Last year’s achievements & what we could achieve (eg: free drama/music lessons for all students, more laptops etc) This will be a lead-up to the meeting on the 29th where all would be welcome to attend. Locals who are interested in sponsoring/supporting us could be invited too.
                Gillian can help with the wording, using the ERO Report.
