Matters arising from previous meeting.
Calendars: Gillian still owes $40 and Ritchie still owes $75.  Two remaining calendars picked up from shop, but no money from Ted yet.

Carnival

Turf ‘n’ Surf:
Linda Nelson helping with the remaining organising items to do.  Yay!

Auction:
Auctioneer sourced from Barfoot & Thompson.  Also supplying marquee and maybe money for bikes.  Need to find accommodation for auctioneer.

Money:
If we don’t have enough in cheque account, school will loan us what we need until after carnival.  Budget is in process

School Stalls:
Robyn has shopping list and names of suppliers, will take care of on Sunday.

Most notes taken directly on organiser sheets.  Jenine to summarise and e-mail remaining to-do items.
